My husband is not taking stand for me

" My husband doesn't take my stand ".Perhaps this phrase is heard from many women. The husband is good in every way, loves a lot, takes care of everything but does not take my stand when there is any matter in the house. Then what to do about this issue. There is a lot of confusion and conflict between husband and wife. Especially when there is a misunderstanding with the husband's sister or mother, when the atmosphere in the house is tense, the husband gets into a situation where he gets trapped even if he speaks and gets trapped  more if he doesn't speak. This is story of every house  in which one does not know what to do. So this is a general  question but because of it many housewives feel that their main support husband is against them. There is no one left on her side. This can lead to constant headaches, irritability, increased agitation and further depression. Domestic disputes gradually turn into fights and eventually lead to separation. In such a situation, the stability of the house can be maintained only if the husband works as a bridge. When there is a conflict between close characters in the house, he should try to be a connecting bridge instead of taking a stand. If it leans to one side, the wife or mother will feel supported for some time but it can be dangerous for the stability of the house. Most of the domestic conflicts are related to household work. When the wife comes to her husband's house, there is a gap of work system between the pattern of the new house and the arrangement of her own house. Just as there is a generation gap between two generations, there is both a culture gap and a generation gap between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law.A house where 4-5 people of different natures live under one roof, there are bound to be a few differences  . The husband's job is to divert the wife's mood in a positive direction and not to create instability in the home by supporting any party. The husband can also take a stand but be a bit impartial which does not help in uniting or breaking up the house.
